Anyone know why there is a For Sale sign at the University Inn?

I heard Southern Tradition was going to buy it just like they did the whole Junction. Maybe they are taking over Starkville.</p>

I did not know anyone had a spot in the Junction that they owned. Must have missed that one, where do you go to buy your "PRIME REAL ESTATE"?
