    Well, our board(s), are the same way. Like you alluded to, there is not shame is losing in a game like this. Someone has to lose, but both teams are legit.

    Exactly. I'd rather lose a couple of games in Jan/Feb to humble our guys than having them think they are unbeatable in Mar/Apr. Both of our programs measure themselves by F4 and NC. And rightfully so. Your team is fine and will be one of the favorites to win it all.

    Agreed, but this is the current state of the game whether we like it or not. I think it's easy to go 7-8 min without a shot when you are 18-19 years old. It's frustrating to watch 'kids' with so much talent, but not the mental fortitude to use it effectively all the time.

    It was a toss up between Jackson and Monk as to who was the better player 'tonight', but both are going to be stars at the next level. Monk is clearly better offensively. He has the skill set to score 25 a night at the next level. Special talent.

    And, seriously, why would any of you worry about your teams long term (aka tournament) success based on the result of this game? I know it sucks to lose, especially at home, but one of us had to lose. Both are still primed to make a run in March. Name 2 better teams than KU and UK. IMO, we...
