Nothing first hand I haven't personally met him. I have heard a mixed bag. I have talked to many parents and kids who say he is far on discipline, which we need, no nonsense kinda guy. Some who say they just couldn't read him. Jury is out on him I think he will attempt to run pull entire sides...
