I use a large Big Green Egg. Took me a little while to dial it all in, but the wireless thermometers changed the game for me.

Ted's Bulletin Restaurants in DC/Nova

I have been to two of them. The Eastern Market/Capitol Hill downtown as well as the new one in Mosaic Merrifield/Fairfax. Both were awesome. Burgers are money, brunch is amazing, and milkshakes are awesome. Only downside is that they don't take reservations and lines are typically an hour+. My...
