What were the five best/most exciting games at Beaver Stadium?

I’ve been a PSU fan since ‘68. Was at the 15-14 orange bowl. The 2005 OSU game had excitement, and some personal drama as well which ended with my son and I leaving suburban DC at about 330 and trying to find the girl who had our tickets with the very spotty cell service. Some may remember...

Anything by Richard Russo is terrific. For history, Rick Atkinson WW2 trilogy is also excellent. To learn about molecular biology and personalities invilved, try “The eighth day of creation”. Also “”The emperor of all maladies”

The concept of stoppage time is pretty straightforward. Maybe not the optimal way to handle game stops, but the concept is clear. But why is there no transparency as to the amount of time left, other than sheer stubbornness?

As long as we’re making fun of French, can anyone translate “a seal pushed me yesterday” into French?

Just a bit of friendly advice. We do it this way because we've always done it this way isnt usually a winning argument.

Yeah, gotta admit that this is a poor look for the Belgian team. From The Athletic: "The Belgian federation said it was “astonished” by the decision, that it was in “direct contradiction” with the competition regulations and said it is exploring “all potential options”. The statement from...
