    Chesney at UCLA

He wasn't our first choice but supposedly he was offered a bunch of big jobs. The question will be talent acquisition but if we don't have money to bring the big time players here then we have little chance to compete.

This White Out is the highest sold tickets in Beaver Stadium history

Put the ticket revenue into NIL.

    Campbell Question....

The biggest problem is the lack of talent on this team. We can tweak things schematically but we just don't have the talent. And Josh Pate said he's talked to people in the BIG and they don't believe Penn State will make the necessary investments relative to talent acquisition. And if that's...

    Rebuilding the base

A Agreed. Our front seven is very slow. No twitchy defensive linemen and nobody who can win a one-on-one. The linebackers are awful and Rojas is a nice player but half the time he's invisible. The safeties are bad too. Can't cover and can't tackle. I've given up on Tasch and Granville...

Official '26 PSU - USC game thread

Agreed. Becht played a good overall game with zero run game and minus his best receiver and a sub par offensive line. And a terrible defense.

I don't understand what lynn is doing. We're in the same base defense all night. Bring pressure. Do something to try and make a play.

Can't play three man line against a good QB defending the entire field. You do that in the red zone where you can flood a limited coverage area.

James loses to a backup QB at cal. We have our own problems but that's a terrible loss.

Burning question on a slow Wednesday

Facilities were a big deal before nil. With nil guys are going to play where they are paid the most - not because the football building has a sliding board.

Official ‘26 PSU - Northwestern game thread

No. We are bad. I was trying to stay optimistic after Wisconsin. There's no sugarcoating this NW loss

What now? I have a few possible changes. Humor me.

Put Ebel on the bench. Bacon stinks at end. Maybe move him back to linebacker.

I'm surprised at how bad the front seven is. The defensive line is atrocious and our linebackers are really bad too. Rohas is a solid player but he's not a closer and he's not a great run defender. This is a bad team and the coaches did a horrendous job in the portal because most of the guys...

    FC/OT: Is Cory Giger right?

We're not even giving ourselves a chance when the play calls are not at the sticks. Garbage.
