Gut punch especially after how we started this game. Michigan defeated our ride by simply throwing the ball out of bounds repeatedly. Lack of possession due to faceoffs. Miserable day in miserable weather on the road on senior day. Hate losing to Michigan!
Initially, I thought JHU caught a break when they stopped play to make sure the clock was correct. At that point, RU has already cleared it over midfield and things were unsettled. But, as you point out, really well executed once play resumed.
Yale's lacrosse facility is awesome. Tons of youth lacrosse tournaments played there during the summer (I love New Haven pizza during our visits). In the shadows of the Yale Bowl. Something like that at RU would catapult us. I can't envision better.
Major construction at JFK ongoing. Have to take a shuttle bus to outlying parking lots to get picked up by Uber (but they are pretty efficient with it).
They were very complimentary toward Coach Brecht. Kurdyla was the best player on the field. Lots of room for improvement as the season progresses but always nice to grab a road win.

Pretty sure Jay Williams (strong RU lean at one point) had already arrived at Duke (freshman year) and he played a role in Dahntay Jones transferring there. Some here thought Jones would never see the floor at Duke and he ended up being a key starter and NBA player. Jones and Williams would...
