    I seem to recall CJ approached Kirk after the bowl game against Tennessee and said he would transfer if he didn’t start next year. Kirk declared him the starter like 3 days later. Maybe his dad made a public comment or something after the bowl game. I dont remember.

    This case specifically is because they switched to 5 for 5 this offseason. They elected not to extend that to last years players, so the argument is that this is unfair.
