    I hope you’re right. IMO recruiting isn’t about getting that “one guy”. It is about getting a high level recruit every single year so once every 3 or 4 recruiting cycles one of those recruits wind up being “the guy”. All the apples in one basket is very risky

    Good find. I’ll pencil in Dylan for 30 TDs and 4 INTs next year Let’s circle back after the season and we can have all have a good laugh when Dylan puts up those type of numbers and you can say “I told you so”

    I think people just automatically assume Raiola is going to be a generational QB. I love Raiola and hope he is everything he is billed - but there are no guarantees Regardless next year is going to be a struggle unless we we get an experienced competent QB in the portal

    I think the NIL dollars had to be reallocated. There wasn’t the war chest to pay both McCord and Raiola and we chose Raiola IMO we sacrificed the 2024 season with this choice maybe another portal QB will be brought in to change my mind

    They passed on one of the top returning starting QB in the big ten as well as a 5 ⭐️ receiver in Fleming (if he and McCord were a package) We may have reallocated a large amount of NIL to Raiola instead of McCord - Fleming etc
