Strange stat for OU last night.....

Going to the intermediate passes and running game was a great adjustment to counter their 3-3-5 defense. Took what the defense gave them and took over the game.

    WvU @ OU today

Much needed win to make the tourney. For some reason, I have a hunch we beat KU.

THE OFFICIAL RRR GAME THREAD - GAME #6 - OU VS. UT

Poor scheme, little if any in-game adjustments, poor fundamentals, same mistakes over and over, guys starting to quit (many are gassed). All of these things will lead to buy-in disappearing. Time to cut bait. There is nothing to lose now and everything to gain.

THE OFFICIAL RRR GAME THREAD - GAME #6 - OU VS. UT

Zero stops in the red zone and zero stops on fourth down all year. Let that sink in! How is Mike Stoops still employed by this university?

    Sooners Stop the Bleeding

Great post. One thing this team seems to be lacking is grittiness and scrappers. Players like Kevin Bookout, Ace McGhee, Ernie Ambercrombie, or as BC mentioned, Ryan Spangler.

    Projected Scores...January 23...OU VS kansas...

Loved our offensive game today. A lot of contributors. Trae's approach was spot on. Got the whole team involved early and was selective with his shots. When Manek and James are hitting their threes, we are tough to beat. We also got to the line a bunch tonight. We've still got some work to...

Why did Self leave Azubucky in (very) late in the game?

I am not sure that any team has tried that tactic against KU this year. Great coaching move by Lon! My guess is that from this point forward, Azubuike will see a lot more bench in those situations.

    OU #4 in basketball. :-)

KU just stole one in Morgantown. Another fun year in the Big 12!

Young goes for 43 Pts, 11 Rbs, 7 Asts

A lot of missed free throws and lay-ups/dunks, but the guys fought through it. TCU is a good offensive team. Our interior defense didn't have an answer for much of the afternoon. Any win is a good win in this league!

    OU vs WV

This game is hard to enjoy. OU is getting fouled nearly every time down the floor and the refs swallow their whistles. Blatant fouls too. Weather the storm and hope for the best.

    Riley's fault

I just wonder if playcalling and game management are too much for Riley? We have seen times this year (including during this game) where game management was questionable. I am still not over the squib kick. Additionally, it's hard to make adjustments on offense when you are trying to manage a game.

OFFICIAL CFP GAME THREAD - OU vs. Georgia - ROSE BOWL

Fire Mike. LR should also strongly consider giving up OC duties. Focus on game management. It got away from him at times this year. It showed up at the worst times during this game.

ESPN pandering CFP committee to include Bama, junk tOSU

Not going to disagree with the bigger name schools getting some preferential treatment. However, Ohio State last year had one loss with wins over higher ranked teams (OU, Michigan, Wisconsin) than what Bama faced this year. Two of those wins (OU and Wisconsin) were on the road. What is Bama's...

ESPN pandering CFP committee to include Bama, junk tOSU

While I see both sides of the Bama/OSU argument (I slightly lean OSU given quality of wins), what alarms me is the ESPN SEC propaganda machine. I believe "machine" is the appropriate word. Reminds me a lot of politics, but I won't go there. What does the continuous propaganda do for rankings...
