    I love the fact that when your team loses the first thing you want to do is blame the referees! There is so many other aspects of the game that caused you to be in the situation that you are in. Stop blaming the referees and play the game with integrity and the way it's supposed to be played...

    West beat Forbush 14-13 and ruined their undefeated season .They finish 9-1 and West plays North Surry next week with a lot on the line. West wins they are co champs, they lose, North Surry and Forbush are Co conference champs assuming North beats Carver like, which they should.

    Now that the pairings are "officially" posted...any thoughts?

    The prelims had West playing Ledford up until the final seedings were released on Saturday and they changed it to Bunn. Our AD did contest it on Sunday when the NEW rankings came out. The state didn't wait for the new revised power rankings. Calpreps has nothing to do with the state power...

    Well the state posted to quick and didn't wait for the rankings to be updated.... West Stokes goes to Bunn, who is ranked below West... West should have the home game!

    Northwest 1-A Championship: Walkertown at Mt. Airy

    Come on Buzz, if it could have been worse it would have been.... Kelley don't hold back for no one, especially against the Wildcats! LOL!!! Mount Airy by 4 TD's. Mount Airy's defense is a lot better than Walkertown's and they are more discipline.

    They are not a bad team, but it was hard to tell exactly how many of them were actually JV. Their starting wing back on varsity played running back some and receiver. Also, their linebacker on varsity played as well. QB is a gamer! #12, who had a different number on his helmet, was pretty good...
