    F-150 or something better?

Just bought a new (to me) loaded 2015 Lariat with the sport package. It was hard for me work Friday afternoon knowing it was in parking lot downstairs, ha!

    Update my wardrobe

I don't wear suits often but I always have had trouble buying off the rack even when getting them tailored afterwards. I have a personal tailor (with Tom James Co) and custom make suits for me (I have only 1 and just ordered a second last week). They are not that much more and you'd be surprised...

Anyone have remote video surveillance in shop/barn/business?

Our home security system is all wireless and the signal uses a "cell phone" signal when dialing out for police/fire/call center from the main alarm box. No idea how it would work with live video feed...would probably need Internet though for that.

Oil related business-how much has yours dropped?

It sucks! However, I've been on the sideline last 12 months, just waiting to buy some additional production in the firestorm sales in the coming months. So, hopefully that'll be the one good thing from this down turn, not just our cashflow being cut 70% :( wish I had more cash to double down...

Red prime steak house vs Mahogany prime steak house

Red Prime would get my vote, however Mahogany in Tulsa would trump both.

Talk to me like I'm an idiot about: buying a house

Putting down 20-25% percent, I think you'd have no problem getting a loan in both your names. The ones with real problems, are the people buying with no money down or 3-5%, and then have problems coming up with the cash for closing costs. I'm no expert but I wouldn't worry to much. I'd think if...

    Corporate Relocation

I relocated with a major oil field services company and their moving package was unbelievable. Paid my closing costs on my old home and new home (including realtor), had an incentive to sell the home in less than 30 days, including covering 80% of any loss on the home I was selling. Paid for...
