    Yes. Under the new waiver rule, all you need is one playoff win in the last three seasons to be ineligible for the waiver. So you don’t even really need to go on a run to get multiplied. The success factor is another story though.

    Its only going to take one 3-6/2-7 CCL team making a run to change things back to the old way. Edgy is right, should be a "one and done" experiment. What kind of noise will a school like Leo make in 3A? Marist, Notre Dame, DePaul Prep would have all been qualifiers last year under the new system.

    Seems like they lost some pieces. Two OL to Rice, a DE to MC. This is a team that is two years removed from a state title though, so I’d imagine they have some good talent coming up for the recruiting class that followed that title run.

    Every sport will have its own divisions. I see StL being in the “blue” in baseball and soccer for sure in addition to hoops. Not sure where they’ll fit in everywhere else.

    That CCL Blue Hoops division is going to be loaded next year for sure. I know STL is bringing back everyone from a team that was very solid last year. Most of their talent is rising juniors too. So they will be good for a bit if everyone hangs around.

    Any truth to the rumor that DePaul Prep paid him a visit prior to his return at Loyola? I wouldn't blame them if they did! That being said, it’s crazy that DePaul still doesn’t have a coach.

    Relax. It was clearly a comment made in jest. I don't think anyone is unaware of how good ESL is. It was also moreso to poke fun at the teams that petition up to avoid the Flyers. I have plenty of respect for ESL.
