    Two days ago I could access articles from the Members Only forum but not from the home page. Now I can't. I'm unable to get the Humidor with any work around. I'm also wondering if I have been getting billed since I thought I was on auto renew. Thanks.

    But, when the "photo of the day" link appears, there is no photo. That's it. I can live without it, but they are nice
    to enjoy. Especially the Friday photos:) Thank you.
    Boy, are you guys fast. I've been unable to access IT for an hour and just sent a note about that. Went back to IT and all is well,
    Kevin, I've tried numerous times to add a new credit card. I continue to receive the following error, despite re-confirming the CC info.:

    "Error Code 500 -- Cannot process payment"

    What do I have to do? Currently, I can view and post content. My profile shows I have not been auto-billed since August 2021.
    I've been an annual IT subscriber since 2012.

    I just reregistered, today. So far, so good. I kept getting messages about needing to update CC info. Despite trying, I could not. I could not reply to posts either. In the end, I was cut out from content. Despite the hassles, please keep the content coming. I subscribe to other UT sites, but IT is by far the best!
