    SR 85-79 over Western

    Western also didn't have 2 starters playing on the defensive line because of injury. One was listed at 6'5 240. No one has failed to mention anywhere SR's pass defense. The Hearn kid picked them apart but they had as much trouble tackling in the secondary as WA did on the dline.

    No that was the correct video of the end of game incident. There were actually several plays that that qb got targeted on. That kickoff that you're speaking of where #18 was speared in the back was a totally different unsportsmanlike play on the qb. It was earlier in the game after a Louisa td.

    I'm getting old so didn't really trust my eyes but in fact the kid leaves his feet and launches his body high at the qb's head. He makes no attempt at what would be considered a tackle.

    How healthy are both teams? I guess people looking forward to that game could also say that Western Albemarle scored 50 points against Powhatan and Louisa only scored 8 according to the scores I found. Sometimes when you have a fast scoring team they tend to maybe be on defense a little more.
