    To me "Outstanding" means, literally, whoever stands out the most from his peers, say #10 seed who defeats the #1, #2 and #7 seeds. It might even be an unseeded wrestler who defeated the 2, 6 & 7 seeds to make the finals against another unseeded wrestler only to lose the OW to the first 4x NC...

    This is from the post: "they must be designsted(sic) by the school they competed for that season as a DSA (deadline passed). To qualify they must also have been someone who was going to be cut or had a scholarship pulled due to roster cuts." My question is/was; was anyone on our team so designated?
