Ross vs Merrill Just watched this and if he wrestles smart, I don't see how Merrill will ever consistently, if ever, beat Ross in freestyle where pushing your opponent of the mat is stalling.

    Designated Student-Athletes an OSU

This is from the post: "they must be designsted(sic) by the school they competed for that season as a DSA (deadline passed). To qualify they must also have been someone who was going to be cut or had a scholarship pulled due to roster cuts." My question is/was; was anyone on our team so designated?

    Designated Student-Athletes an OSU

I ran across this post from early this year on InterMat. Does anyone know how this affected our team this season and what might be the effects in the future? Designated Student-Athletes

    Duals in December Pre Sale

Try This - I'm sure the your problem emailing the ticket office is that when they read your text and it's full of ..........'s they just think, WTF and flag it as SPAM. I've got to reiterate, WTF is with your inane use of periods? I'm hoping it's because there is some dried up Coke/Jack that's...

Why wasn't it 7-0 instead of 4-0 in the first? Takedown then 5pt throw.

Five in Five - What Might That Look Like?

Someone mentioned that this change would be perfect for a team with 6 freshman starters but doesn't it also push back PSU's upperclassmen drop off which would help our reaching #34?

    Next Year’s Lineup '26

Lets just jump now to 125, 135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195, 205, 305. Or start at 120 and ending at 200 and 300. I've never understood the logic (if there is any) of the different pound increases in the weight divisions and the 300 just seems logical to me.

    2026-2027 HWT

Doesn't the 19 YO clock start preclude people like Brandon Weeden from competing? I would suppose that would exclude the time off for those who went on missions and the like but probably not to try another sport.

    Weird Freshman Eligibility Trivia

This may be true (I'm not doubting it) but according to my stats (which may very well be wrong) our first 10 4x qualifiers were: Dick Hutton 47, Jay Arneson 69, Rick Jones 72, Billy Martin 73, Steve Barrett 74, Jon Jackson 74, Jimmy Jackson 75, Paul Martin 75, Leroy Smith 77, Ricky Stewart 79...

Myron Roderick graduated from Winfield High School in Kansas in 1952 and he was a freshman in 1953. Why wouldn't have wrestled?

    2026 US Open

I hope Dreshaun can gain weight in the weight-room but some people can't gain weight. When I was in my late twenties we joined All-American and I worked out 3 days a week on weight machines for a little over a year. I went from 155 to 145 and then to 169 lbs within 3 month (155 was the most I'd...
