May not be fair, but one of the main things I remember about PJ Washington is that he was a very good player that failed to deliver in March. I remember he missed 11 free throws in a close loss to Kansas State in the 2018 tournament when we should have gone to the Final Four.

I remember the '96 team well. It was an absolute juggernaut of a team that owned college basketball. Pitino did a masterful job of building and coaching that team. However, Pitino has burned far too many bridges throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky to ever come back.
