    Let's say we win Game 1 using TV, Bauer, maybe Davis. Then in game 2 we throw McP or Stone, and we're leading by 3 in the 6th. I'd have absolutely no issue at all bringing in McP or Stone (whichever didn't start) to close the game vs. trying to hold a slim lead for 4 more innings and gambling...

    Big fan of Ben McDonald on the call. I don't hate Perez like some do, but it is annoying that other guys that spend the year covering it get bumped out of the postseason (especially the CWS) for him when he hasn't called a college game all season.

    I like how it is. If you knock off a host then you earned their path going forward, not a new one. If Little Rock steps up and wins a regional, they shouldn’t be punished for that by now having to face Georgia or Texas.
