    Iowa Women's Basketball: Perimeter Preview

Good article. Faison is the mystery player IMO -tall guard who was a highly ranked prospect but didn’t get much PT as a frosh last year.

So, the inmates ARE running the aslyum

Anthem enforcers need to get a grip. Saw a guy swat the baseball cap off a guy in the row ahead of him while the anthem was playing at a Bears vs Vikings game. A fistfight ensued and enforcer got his arse kicked pretty good from what I could tell. Mind your own f’king business.

Do we all remember this? Iowa fans at Minnesota

It was a wild scene. Dome security didn’t help the situation. Iowa fans had made it onto the field but were just celebrating …. then even though outnumbered, guards tackled and handcuffed a couple students. More fans poured on to the field and the riot was on. Blasting that loud screeching...

Oct 21 INJURY REPORT for IOWA at Minnesota

Any transfer that makes the two-deeps at Iowa, especially the OL, is a quality player that has already developed skills. Also the “got it” comment regarding his listed injury suggests it’s bogus or that he is faking it. WTF is wrong with you?

Oct 21 INJURY REPORT for IOWA at Minnesota

Gophers with 6 linemen - 4 OL and 2 DL - out or questionable. that has to be a big concern for Fleck & Co.

    In your FACE Brown-nosers

Brown to RVZ for 6 late 4thQ produced 100,000 sad faces in Ann Arbor. That alone deserves respect.

    Iowa Minnesota memories

Good times! Kinnick North - felt like a home game, probably 25k Hawk fans. Security didn’t stand a chance.

Iowa at Minnesota line as of 1:30 PM Thursday

A row of older Gopher fans just below our group got so pissed that we were cheering that they called security…… fat guy showed up and warned us to keep it civil lol but that *** kicking was criminal. They left mid 3rdQ and the oldest lady - must have been 70 - gave us double birds!! What a...

Everyone prepped for that OR today

I don’t see a downside to that. Also, keeping the backup involved in game action every week is a benefit….. if forced into full-time action later in the season, the experience under center will be useful to the entire offense.

Everyone prepped for that OR today

There is no reason to believe that Ferentz will game plan to use both QBs. The starter will play until injured or a victory is in hand. Would love to see the backup get a series each half just don’t see KF allowing it. Hecklinski has earned the start IMO.

    The Lord must hate Nebraska!

Nebraska was not content to just lose another close game - that has become somewhat passé. Need something new and creative. Hey, let’s watch our own former golden boy come off the bench late in the game and lead two long 4thQ scoring drives to nut crunch us with a few seconds to play!
