OT: Another NJ farm to be seized

Here you are saying Wall teachers earn over 75k. I posted the database where many don't, and the chart showing they'd qualify for affordable housing. At 86k with a child they qualify. Just admit you were wrong, and if you have a problem with someone making 86k having a place to live in Wall, I...

    1) You said ALL. I said teachers starting out. Either way, you were incorrect. 2) And...are those all the hundreds of people on nearly 60 pages? Most are teachers. But in any case, does a bus driver deserve not to live? Again, not everyone goes to college (I wish more did). 3) I said teachers...

OT: what’s the dividing line between North and South Jersey?

The dividing lines are roughly area code 201/973- North 732/908- Central 609/856- South I would say the part of 609 in Middlesex/Monmouth/Mercer would be central. 195/78 makes no sense. Part of Howell is not in South Jersey and part of Newark isn't in Central.

W/R/T warehouses, isn't it obvious why we need more? People order a lot of crap. I know people that order on Amazon everyday. Ironically, if there's density, and commercial space, people can walk to shop and maybe buy that way, though some will always be lazy and click away. And they have to...

Rural to me is Cumberland County, the Pinelands, and much of the area in between. I would also say much of NW NJ (Sussex beyond Sparta let's say, most of Warren, most of Hunterdon geographically). Cranbury is a suburb- you could make an argument that it's suburban not only to Princeton but NYC...

OT: Another NJ farm to be seized

Here's what you said: 1) All teachers in Wall earn over 75k. That's a lie. 2) A database shows all teachers in Wall earn over 75k. That's a lie. Shows most earn less. The average is 65k. 3) That teachers in Wall don't qualify for affordable housing. That's a lie. I provided proof of a...

OT: Another NJ farm to be seized

    1) What's an example of if not being applied the same and a ruling from a court about it? 2) Where is your evidence of the politics of "gentrifiers"? Are you seriously claiming Hoboken and JC don't build affordable housing? JC is literally building the Bayfront 80% affordable. Again, where's...

A low paying district...like Wall...where the average salary is...let's see here...is 65k.... Which....qualifies for affordable housing....in Wall.... Really bad job. Stick to eminent domain

I'd ask you to quote the post where I said anyone had a silver spoon but do your usual "I put him on ignore" and then keep responding to posts lmao.

Right...the 2 bedroom apartments have a moderate income limit of 86k. All teachers in wall earn over 86k?

OT: Another NJ farm to be seized

Yeah it just should all be 1 bedrooms, and not for "lazy s bags" (whoever they are).

OT: Another NJ farm to be seized

Ah...so the state said some affordable housing must be for people with CHILDREN?! And didn't say no 1 bedrooms? OMG that state, it's like North Korea. Awful

Admit that you were thinking people don't have children...or that all Wall teachers earn over 75k (they don't)
