    I think RU offers something like 50+ languages while schools like WVU and Cuse cancel programs, as just one example.

    There is no doubt that we are confused as a private school in much of the country. It is NJ parents, however, who would be under the deeply misguided perception that Cult or some other school is the #1 public in the Northeast and who need the reminder.

    Guys, even imagining everyone in MD considered it the Northeast...we're still ahead of them... Generally speaking I think to most the Northeast is everything north of DC, by that definition, RU is in fact the #1 Public in the Northeast.

    Congress maintains the right to regulate interstate commerce. As all P4 conferences are multistate, they have the right to cap. They can cap insulin (as an example) they can cap salaries.

    Does anyone know why there's never any "#1 Public in the Northeast" advertising? Is there a belief that UVA is in the Northeast? Are we trying not to offend the Cult etc? They advertised it with the MBA progra before.
