    Scheyer is very good at adjustments. First 10 minutes playing out with intense St. John's pressure that is speeding up Duke and St. John's inability to knock down shots to create separation.

    Not a Duke fan, but... St. John's will need to shoot the ball better than they have and/or play outstanding defense for all 40 minutes.     Don't see anything wrong with token pressure or, as we used to call it, "Bump pressure." All out full-court pressure makes no sense. Keep the ball in front of you. The positioning was crazy and guaranteed Stirtz would have the option of taking it to the basket or hitting an open corner shooter...

    Probably unfair of me to blame Lee on the defense. That's a pretty easy coaching decision to keep both guards behind the pick so that there would be a guarantee of having a defender between Stirtz and the basket. The games sure got interesting starting at the supper hour.
