    Ohio State is 105th in the country in punt returns and hasn't returned a punt for a touchdown since 2014. Punt with impunity, we're mostly happy if the returner catches the ball.

    Ohio State has given up 80 points in 8 games. No one has scored more than 17. They've played offense that are #10, #12, #37, and #57 in average scoring. Rutgers is #64. Rutgers can win, but it's much more likely to be 17-13 than 38-34.

    Two things. 1) I've heard Siebert (kicker) is a likely grayshirt. 2) something like 12-15 players in this class are enrolling early, and by enrolling early we can count some towards last year's class when we only took 17.

    Last team from the West was Iowa following the 2015 season. Before that it was Wisconsin following 2012. It's just going to depend on how it lines up. If Penn St beat Minnesota this year, they'd be heading to Pasadena. They didn't, so they're not.

    It's not uncommon. Ohio State usually takes their hand to one away game a year. I believe TTUN usually brings their band to Columbus. Michigan State brought theirs this year.
