I would prefer to see someone about 15 yrs younger. I wouldn't want someone in their 50's or later. It would mean looking for another coach in 10 yrs. 40 to 45 yrs old with about 5 yrs as a head coach with a great record somewhere else.
Yep. Pet peeve of mine. There would also be next to no flames for most explosions. No oxygen once the onboard supply is expended. Which would happen in a millisecond in an explosion. All you would see is debris flying in all directions.
