    Have had MUCH more damage from the Emerald Ash Tree Borer than Spotted Lantern Fly. Lost four very large ash trees that I didn’t catch in time. Am having three others professionally treated, and they’re doing well.

    Thank you for the very detailed reply. Are your following points stated anywhere in the statute? No forfeiture of a security deposit (unless otherwise justified), No additional rent past the notice period, No clawback of promotions, and No requirement to “repay” benefits like free rent.

    A few years back I was getting ready to play BV, when a very large black bear wandered onto the driving range. All of a sudden, this kid who worked there pulled up in a cart and said, “get in!” He starts chasing the bear, and we got so close that I could have touched it. A little unnerving.
