I am guessing that Rutgers will have to increase their payments to WFAN to include 101.9 when there are no conflicts.
Giants football has top priority in the fall, WFAN also carries most Brooklyn Nets, some NJ Devils, and the full NFL Westwood One package (Giants local broadcast have priority)...
Even if it there were not enough technical issues for targeting, there still should be "unnecessary roughness" since Wimsatt was basically already down. Rule may need to be changed to allow non-ejection penalty.
Paramount + is not really needed for most fans. They will have the same games as CBS.
Peacock has exclusive games in football and basketball.
And Peacock has the first "day" of the B1G mens tournament.
With 18 teams in March 2025, who knows what "first day" really means.
Remember, Peacock has the rights to "opening day" of the B1G tourney. You need to pay. This starts this season in March2024.
With 2 more teams, i would guess Peacock may get more games.
