    None of this recruiting is over until December. Who’s to say their staff will even be there at that time? There’s a long way to go, with our current commits, other schools’ commits, and the uncommitted. It’s the Wild West.

    Also, remember that recruiting ain’t done until they sign on the dotted line. That goes for our current commits and all the rest. If you thought the coach firings were up this past year wait until next season—all those NIL deals will get tossed in the air as the season goes on.

    Danggg wow. Maybe Campbell really does know what he’s doing with money. Imagine paying Coleman what he wanted and then not having any leftover cash for the DT’s, LB’s, and Safeties we brought in.

    Some of you comparing James Franklin’s and Matt Campbell’s first couple classes haven’t yet realized that recruiting is completely different in 2026 than 2015–beyond paying players, recruiting is completely national now. There’s no more regional loyalty when there’s money on the table.
