    Ugh. I think Duarte will qualify. I thought Dorian Jones would qualify (and yet somehow Brendan Sorsby does qualify). One thing for certain, the NCAA pretends to be tough with schools like Rutgers to keep up the pretense that they serve some function.

    Gurdack represents the most significant upgrade by position. I don't see him dominating any other B1G centers but I do see him holding his own better than we've seen Cliff.

    As is stands, I could see winning 3 more games. Best case senario: Moving up to the lower middle ( 9th -12th) of the B1G. That would be bubble for the field of 76. We need some surprises and maybe another shoe to drop to do more than that.

    There can be no question that at 7'2" and pretty good about running the boards, Buca fits Pikes version of a rim protecting shot blocking defender. Solid reserve who is not going to go off script. This is a major upgrade in fit more so than talent.

    No Richie. We obviously can't. Such is the human condition that a back up center on an also-ran basketball team causes extreme hostility.
