    Comparing to Young is fine. As a sophomore Young was a bench player at 16mpg. The problem is some seem to want to designate Lino a starter and playing significant minutes next year. If your point is Lino should be a backup PG next year and come off the bench - not sure many will disagree.

    I'm not sure you understand how tournaments work...... Correct, seeding is totally separate from making the field. For example, being an AQ gets you into the field. But it doesnt guarantee you a particular seed. However, seeding 100% determines the games you play. Lower seeds play more games...

    Not my fault you wanted "exciting" first round games. If you want only at-large as first rounds games then super easy fix. Seed the "at large" teams as the lowest seeds.     Oh now I see this disconnect. I was talking about the NCAA Basketball Tournament. Not American Idol. Actual athletic tournaments are designed around talent and skill. This American Idol style tournament you seem to be talking about is designed around "what people want to see".
