    I like Rocky. I will ask if his name wasn't Lewis, would he be considered. If it comes to fruition, this will be the best situation he has had. For his sake, I hope it goes well. Clinton would love nothing more than to see him be successful.

    Lumberton Coach Resigns

    Feels like every hire here is an interim. This county has open enrollment and Lumberton is the biggest school. Hire a guy who wants to be there, let him build a staff and you will have the best program in the county.

    Looks like he played JV at a smaller school. Cheraw stats - only 1 attempt for negative 3 yards. Seems like if he was a player he'd have been on varsity. If Richmond was going to recruit, I think they'd go after Scotland or Pinecrest QB. Definitely somebody from a bigger school close by...

    I'm pretty sure we worked in the same county at one point. In your role with schools, would you advocate for this at your school? Not saying this is the case here, but should a high school coach attempt to upgrade talent with kids from other districts and states?

    Not my place to name names Sources tell me at least two State Championship Head coaches applied. A Raider alumnus with an impressive coaching record, and coach familiar to the region who coached in a state championship game this year. You can probably narrow some things down from there.
