    I saw one with a guy from S Africa who was simply amazed at a gas station convenience store the saddest thing about that is the girl filming herself with a microphone while she watches the game

    IDK about being able to buy a house, all of the 20 somes I work with all have purchased homes as have both of my daughters 29 and 32 years old, you just have to be smart about it.

    good point on the 20 some rentals, even Belmar is transitioning. Back in the late 80s we always got the same house in Belmar, 3 BR, 2 bath about 2 blocks from the beach was about $1500 each or $9K total.. Basically $100 a weekend each. Good times.
