    Not sure what needs to be explained, they will get great applicants for the head job with lots of experience. The trouble will be the ability to bring in outside coaches, with lots of experience, as assistants who want to teach in the district. You have to know that top-quality coaches are going...

    I live in the district and have been told there's an emphasis on hiring young (cheap) teachers. Bringing in quality experienced coaches may be difficult.
