    OT: Fair Haven, NJ

    Married into Rutgers (wife RU 05/Duke 08). We closed on a home in Fair Haven the other day. Small town-communal feel, commutability to NYC, great schools, and proximity to red bank and the shore- are what sold us. Nice home warming gift from Mother Nature.
