    There's a real shot for Galax

    I wouldn't disagree with you on this one. Having the (potential) game at home is a boost for the Green Wave. Galax is still a load to handle though.

    And if I remember correctly, that team missed the playoffs and a 5-5 (or was it 6-4?) Grayson Co. team got in because district champs were an automatic qualifier at that time? Glad those days are gone. I'd rather see 2-8 teams make the playoffs than 9-1 teams be left out.

    PM vs Narrows

    That might have been one of the most confounding series I've seen in a while. Parry McCluer went from potentially leading by 3 to down 11 in the span of a few minutes. The conversion of the 3rd and 31 had me convinced PM would score and carry the momentum out of the locker room in the 2nd half.

    Region runs through Narrows! Take care of business boys. Not gonna be easy by ANY means. I know Galax always has talent.

    It's gonna be interesting to see an old MED matchup between Narrows and Galax for the region (assuming that both teams take care of business).
