I absolutely agree. It's gotten a little better with the bulldog burger addition but the bars there are way too small and we need someone with some money knock that dumbass old gas station down and build a badass two story bar/restaurant.
The cotton district has potential someone needs to buy up that old gas station and turn it into a bar or apartments. Preferably needs to be a bar because the cotton district is wayyyy to packed on gameday/big weekends
