    Very true. He did a really great job at OM right up until he started bringing nascar drivers and country singers to the sidelines. He decided he wanted to be a star instead of a football coach.

    It is pretty damned callous. I'm sure we've all said some really dumb things as a part of this rivalry but Shane is just dumber than most and advertises it as part of his business model.

    I wont compare Archie and Dak but the Cowboys have had a much superior team to Archie's Saints for Dak's entire tenure. He's the QB of a team that scored 16 points in an NFL game last night...that's not good.

    I agree with every word of this, other than the 50% part. I don't think anything matters other than 1) payroll and 2) player evaluation and 3) luck. Ole Miss can 100% win a title, just like Indiana...and so can MSU.

    I like USM; I even had a black and gold mini-football when I was a kid...but they are done upsetting power 4 conference football teams. They need to set up divisions based on some sort of monetary metric and allow for relegation.
