    Once TJ identifies his targets, he rarely misses on getting the commitment. And his record for 5 years at Iowa State is very strong.

    TJ has a tremendous record on getting the players he singles out. Even so, it’s amazing that with two assistant coaches leaving for head coaching jobs, he was basically able to finish his portal recruiting before most schools had landed anyone.
