    One appealing thing about Jan is how open and transparent she is about her thinking. She doesn't hide behind coach-speak like most others.

    It wouldn't surprise me if Thompson came here. We don't just need starter-quality transfers. We need to fill out the bench too. And without a connection like this, not many in the portal will go somewhere without starting.
