    Lol, I love it when he calls out boorish or self loathing behavior but he never does it by name and he always says people are entitled to behave/say what they want. He’s the best podcast going. Speed through the ads or top ten if you don’t care for it. It’s hardly a problem.

    Right on brother! Further, I find it fascinating to see claims of “pettiness” when the same bitches had no problem dishing **** out when supposedly “our team” was struggling. The pettiness is feeling the need to publically bash someone that feels bad enough already. It’s called decency.

    I was just there over the holidays and we found a nice beach on the west side, not long of a stroll from Duval. Fort Zachary Taylor state park beach. Sure, it’s not like gulf side Florida beaches but it was as good a beach as I’ve seen on the Atlantic side.

    East Memphis has great neighborhoods but you’ll pay more in taxes and probably attend private schools. I prefer Germantown, great place to raise kids, great schools, relatively quiet but close enough to the city. Collierville is nice, just too far out for my taste thought in recent decades...
