    OT: Purchasing a condo in Florida

    I bought 5 years ago in Miramar beach.Regions bank.They are very tough on financing even with very large down payment.Had to get flex rate.Wouldn't do fixed.Don't know about now.Are you gonna use as rental?I use VRBO and do well.My condo is in Seascape
