True. Don't condone the actions (if true). There is no separate set of rules for athletes; don't know what some of them are thinking.

Could be worse, he could've had an affair with his sister in law.

I agree that it's the players, but when lack of effort doesn't result in time on the bench; I don't have any confidence in behavior modification. Some players have coasted far too often, and there is no punishment. 99% the players. What is the count now? Going on 4th coach in 6 years?

I'm in for ANYONE that demands accountability from his players.

Agree, top 6 minutes and live with the mistakes for rest of the season.

On a separate note, Chytil back in protocol for an uncalled hit from behind from Blackhacks Dickinson (?). No call on the play, and nothing from the league, so I'm hoping the next time the Rangers play the Blackhawks someone makes him pay. Hoping Chytil is okay, but honestly this is what we...

He was allowed to mold the lineup more to his liking. I'm guessing he'll have the off season into next year. BUT, if they stumble next year, think he will have a very short leash.

I can't help but feel Kreider was "injured" right to the trade deadline, and then came back to register a strong, minus 2, defensive effort. He's a pro, so I shouldn't think this way, but sometimes these guys drive me to assumptions. The Rangers need to part ways with Kreidrr this summer. Great...

For me, he doesn't PLAY like a power forward, and on many nights feel his effort is lacking.

Didn't realize Panarin had full no movement clause. Though I shouldn't be surprised since we gave them out like candy.

Perrault needs to be an absolute untouchable. Given that the goal is to be more playoff built, very curious why Panarin's name is not at least being floated. The guy is talented as he'll. No question, but will not go to dirty areas to score (particularly in the playoffs). Would also be curious...

Rangers got Carson Soucy for a 3rd. Not terrible, not great.
