    Pretty much but they clean it out every day, it's just that there is so much of it that it is never fully gone.

    I was there 2 years ago, stayed at Dreams Punta Cana, very close to the airport, great food, great for families. Only complaint was tons of seaweed in the ocean but I heard that is pretty common for that whole area
