    To my knowledge no other candidate Democrat or Republican has said anything about Rutgers let alone Rutgers Football spending. Jack has said he wants to cut the entire state budget, so you can infer this would impact Rutgers in some way, but no direct point about Rutgers to my knowledge.

    Between the lines, my biggest take away from the article is the overall NIL. "The top 10% of high major programs averaged $3MM in NIL". It is a LOT LESS than you would be led to believe where it seems that every player is getting hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars.
