    UK Football vs Basketball

Even during the Bear Bryant days UK was known as a basketball school. With that said, in the last few years Stoops has the football team performing well above expectations while Calipari has been doing the opposite. So, if the trend continues things could change.

Programs that use to be relevant

UL went to FF's in 2005, 2012, 2013. The 2012 and 2013 appearances were vacated by the NCAA. But, even the NCAA can't change reality.

It Really Isn’t A Rivalry Any More

And UL has to know they're owned in BB. They're a lot closer matched in football most years, but nonetheless the BB game generates the most interest at both schools.

It Really Isn’t A Rivalry Any More

Does the won/loss history have any effect on interest in the game? I maintain that it's the most anticipated game on each team's schedule and that sounds like a rivalry to me. UT used to the the biggest BB game but no more. You think differently?

It Really Isn’t A Rivalry Any More

I believe I already said UK's defense had a bit to do with the score. When Morehead State takes UK to overtime at Rupp I'll agree with the rest of your post..

It Really Isn’t A Rivalry Any More

It looked like a rivalry game to me! And, the past win/loss ratio doesn't mean squat. UK's defense had a lot to do with it (except the 45% foul shooting), but UL had one of their worst games of the season and still took the Cats to overtime at Rupp.

    Tops vs Cards Game Thread

I'm guessing the actual reason the game is on Facebook is that it's a home game for WKU and Facebook has a contract with their conference to stream their home games. I'm probably wrong and the real reason is that nobody wants to see Louisville. But, it is a possibility.

Demarcus Cousins and Rondo To LAL!!!

AD is easily the best of the bunch and Cousins will definitely earn every penny of his paycheck as long as he's healthy. LeBron is still a force but is a shadow of his former self. The weak link to me is Rondo. His season with the Mavericks showed him as an undisciplined, unskilled, and nutcase...

    Brad Calipari Enters Transfer Portal

Well, he's studied recruiting under a master. Now, if he can find a good game coach to mentor him he'll be ready to be an assistant in a couple of years.

    Did Pitino really not know?

I honestly don't believe Pitino knew anything about the strippers. Not that he was above such things, but because it was stupid and counter productive and he's not a moron. Players could do better than the ****** McGee lined up without even trying.

Video Of Reid Travis doing autographs. Great Ambassador for UK.

Everyone has an opinion, even me. And, my opinion is that an ex-player selling his/her autograph is taking advantage of his 15 minutes, not being an ambassador for his former team. I don't blame him for doing it since it's perfectly legal and lots of fans are willing to pay. But, I'm not going...

Video Of Reid Travis doing autographs. Great Ambassador for UK.

You guys do know that his "autograph tour" is for the purpose of making money, not to be an ambassador from UK. Nothing wrong with it and lots of ex-college players do it, but it's not exactly a good-will gesture for the fans. He gets $20.00 per signature and has pictures and such to sell...

Auburn will lose by 20 tenths of a second tomorrow

Foul call was correct, but the refs missed an obvious double dribble on Guy before he made his last three. Should have been a UVA turnover and Auburn win.
