    I like reading the encouraging and promising reports on Mason Williams. The son of a coach and former NBA player, it's seems automatic that he would be well-schooled in the game. I'm hoping he will have the kind of Freshman year that Tyler Ulis had as a back-up PG, except he may have enough size...

    Do you feel a connection to modern players?

    I've followed KY basketball my whole life, having been a fan for over 60 years. I've always rooted for our players, of course, but have never felt "connected" to them, as I've never known any of them personally.
