    It was May 29th last year when kickoff times were announced for the 3 preseason games, the Friday night game at Rutgers and the Nebraska game, with Homecoming kickoff narrowed to early or mid-afternoon. So I expect similar announcements will come next week as you suggested.

    NFL is a tough business. Only 32 spots for kickers total. And young/rookie kickers have an extremely short leash. I'd say kickers need a solid 3 years of consistent success in the NFL before their mistakes are forgiven. Good luck, Drew.
