Couldn’t agree more. Playing some of the best teams in country nose to nose. Showed a lot of grit fighting back with a chance to win at the end. We’ll get our 50/50 jump ball wins
Completely agree ... shot selection within the last 2 minutes of the game was poor and Turner’s three-pt shot versus pass to Pardon rolling to the basket would have had us up 2 prior to Langford’s game winner. On a positive note team hung with a very good IU team and (as folks have been saying)...
No one bailing on team but the play is poor both strategically and executionally. When did we decide to shoot nothing but threes and turnaround fade away jumpers
One game at a time tomorrow will be another opportunity to prove we are top 25 caliber team. B10 play is going to be very good with 5 teams in the mix — should be fun to watch
I may have been a bit harsh he was running out the clock and he had flashes of brilliance last year. Just seemed lost bringing up the ball and as others pointed out shot selection was poor
Last 5 possessions with Brown at the helm an absolute disaster. No ball movement, multiple turnovers and all ended with impossible shots. Not a good sign if pressed into service
I agree lack of defense killed us. Team stepped it up in 2nd half with Law and B-Mac leading the way.
However, to me Skelly’s strong performance continues to be a bit of a surprise and the story. Where are the other bigs?
Besides supporting the school, for those who may only attend 5-10 games during the season does it make sense to buy season tickets -- purchasing in secondary market at a premium? You avoid the donation and only purchase those games you know you can/ want to attend. Further, if those games...
