2026 college wrestling schedule news thread - NOW includes PSU 26-27 schedlule

I think a lot of people forget, we aren't friendly with Cornell either. Koll non-stop complained about us (can't get over losing 2011 and also losing Max Dean, he's also salty that Cael tried to recruit Yianni even after he committed it appears) Grey's wife non-stop complains about us and...

2026 college wrestling schedule news thread - NOW includes PSU 26-27 schedlule

The same people/faceless twitter accounts who are constantly rooting for PSU to fail, slandering our wrestlers and coaches and taking anything negative and running with it in hopes it'll ruin PSU (not @vhsalum for the record) also are saying PSU owes it to wrestling to grow it. So yeah, miss me...

Greatest Villain in PSU Wrestling History

One of my favorite moments was the Ok State dual of 2016. Forgot the Ok State guy but he deliberated injured McCutcheon. Morgan took the next match VERY personally with his bow and arrow.

Van Brill is an interesting one. Yes, he gave us one of the biggest scares I remember (that lingered for weeks) by severely injuring Nolf but unfortunately that's a part of wrestling (and it was way more on the referee for letting the position continue).

Greatest Villain in PSU Wrestling History

From someone connected to both sides, they have made their peace and both sides wish it could have worked out (and feel it could have in an alternate timeline). Bubba understands why Cael had to do what he did (he even put it on the record he was a knucklehead) and obviously Cael would love to...

It looks like he (probably told by the courts) wisely took down all his rants about the team and coaches.

    '26 Who's #1 (9/26) thread

Cael would be caught dead before he had a wrestler go 0-3 against Iowa in the semis

    '26 Final X, 6/19 (and 9/25), thread

Penn State fans knew deep down it was a long shot for Bo to ever come here. There were so many times when it looked obvious and it was clear he and/or his family were looking for any reason to not. Reality is I really think the family didn’t want Bo to be labeled a front runner. I’m pretty sure...

    Not great news…

Kasak will definitely be in the doghouse a bit I imagine. Not suspension level but I don't think Cael will be pleased he was out and about at 2 AM at bars on a weekday. Also, fair or not, he's guilty be association and it's a bad look for the program, his picture was posted as a person of...

    Not great news…

I thought last year was not a good sign that things were trending in the right direction. I'm sure originally the plan was for Braeden to redshirt but to do the right things off the mat and stay ready. Everyone laughed at Cael glancing over at Braeden when asked if he was managing his weight...

    Not great news…

From Brantt Kasak was there but not involved. Ongoing investigation but Davis days as a PSU wrestler could be numbered.

Kyle is a grown man and isn't living with Cael (anymore)

    EARLY 2026-27 lineup projections/discussions

Injunctions are starting to be granted for Class of 2022 athletes, a sign for Levi and Mendez?

    ONO

It's similar to people saying PSU wrestlers are wasting their time not being a starter at PSU and should leave immediately. People always have some very strong ideas about major life decisions that don't remotely affect them and aren't theirs to make.
