    You are correct until there is a salary cap of some sort, each year people are going to ask for more money. The longer guys stay in the portal, agents will use that to leverage more money as well.

    108-61 131-40 105-52 That is the last 5 years of Izzo, Tubby Smith, and Cal at UK. Izzo is a very good coach, but don´t act like he is any better than coaches that have been run off from UK.

    Roster continuity in this day and age is very hard. I believe the majority of coaches aim for continuity just difficult in today´s time.
