Malachi Moreno picked before Jayden Quaintance in new NBA Mock Draft...

I completely agree. My point is simply that perception often dictates reality. For instance, when coaches and programs readily take credit for a player's transition to the NBA, they must also be willing to accept responsibility when things go wrong. They have to take the good with the bad.

UofL running a $30 million deficit

You have to spend money to make money. No major program is going to survive being cheap.

Anytime a Stud prospect fails to pan out it will 100% fall on the coaches shoulder.

    ESPN Mock Draft

JQ would be the perfect backup center to Victor Wembanyama for the Spurs. As an athletic, high-energy big man, he could be highly effective as a rim protector and a weapon in the pick-and-roll offense. While I don't see any scenario where Moreno is selected ahead of JQ, stranger things have...

    LSU roster looks atrocious

It will be a total disgrace if RJ Luis is cleared to play college basketball. He had his chance to play at the collegiate level last season but chose to pursue the NBA route instead. At some point, this madness has to stop and a line needs to be drawn.

Malachi Moreno picked before Jayden Quaintance in new NBA Mock Draft...

At this time last year, the consensus on this board was that Jasper was at least equal to, if not better than, Mikel. Fast forward to today: Mikel is projected as a potential lottery pick, while Jasper has departed the program. If Jasper goes on to have a breakout season elsewhere, it will...

Momcilovic Interview on whether staying in draft or going back to college

He gives off the impression of someone who isn't interested in the college experience. While he would likely earn more in NIL money by staying in school this year, he seems ready for the next level. As a UofL fan, I have zero expectations that he’ll land in Louisville, but perhaps Coach Kelsey...

NBA Combine Measurements, Results, Early Entrants

Harris may not be a Tier-1 elite athlete, nor does he possess a single 'hallmark' skill. However, he is remarkably well-rounded, performing at an above-average level as a ball handler, shooter, rebounder, and defender. I see a lot of those same traits in Boozer; both players lack glaring...

NBA Combine Measurements, Results, Early Entrants

Blake Griffin was 10X the athlete of Boozer. And Boozer is more skilled than Blake. Not a good comparison at all.

    UofL football Game

As a UofL fan the game 100% needs to be the first game of the year IMO

    Louisville lands Boyuan Zhang

I understand that perspective; it is certainly more common for players to commit to a school while simultaneously testing the draft waters. This allows them to secure a roster spot while they undergo the evaluation process. To me it also puts coaches in tough spots trying to wait on guys that...

    Louisville lands Boyuan Zhang

It is surprising that Milan Momcilovic hasn't announced a decision yet, unless he intends to remain in the NBA Draft. This prolonged timeline places coaching staffs in a difficult position, as waiting on a single player often means missing out on other available talent in the portal. Regarding...

I'm sure the coaches are all for the expansion lol.

    UofL NIL

We are approaching a period where universities will likely begin downsizing athletic departments by cutting programs that fail to generate a profit. For instance, the University of Louisville's men's basketball program is a vital economic engine, generating significant revenue not only for the...
