I honestly don't know the reason behind it, but it's probably an afterthought type of thing. Some of the programs may also want you to forget they even have a football team LOL.
The first responder in the 911 call mentioned "overdose". They can run all the forensic tests they want to determine a cause of death, but it's known what happened. Very sad. Had two cousins die from overdose, one when I was real young too.
Does this apply to just regular MLB employees as well or is it just for players? If this doesn't apply to regular MLB employees, what kind of retirement/pension would they get?
It's another case of someone trying to justify their job. It really takes up an obnoxious amount of space, but hey they didn't ask for our input did they.
